This makes for a natural blush

It looks great as a blush, kind of a dud as a lipstick and I haven't used it on my eyes yet. I don't wear anything on my cheeks, no foundation, just the serum + moisturizer and this looks great and gives me a beautiful natural flush look.

I found my Holy Grail

Wow. Wow wow wow wow wow wow wow WOW!!! The colour is so rich, the texture is buttery and heavily pigmented and I look like I just had the best workout with this supple red colour! I've played with it on my eyes and on my cheeks to create a siren look, have yet to put it on my lips but I fuss with my lips a lot so it'll be probably ending up more on my fingers than on my lips! Oh! That's another thing! This balm doesn't stain my fingers so I can literally swipe and go! I love this formula and will definitely use it till it's gone!

LOVE!!!!

I got a sample of this in a cult beauty goody bag a while ago and I absolutely love it, bee sting is a perfect colour for me for a rosy cheek look and it blends so beautifully on makeup or just over my skincare for a healthy looking no make up day

Great products

I brought the shade bee sting and decided on purchasing hummingbird i was not dissappointed. The colour is great on medium to dark skin tones. is travel friendly with a handy mirror attached. Very nice but i do need to reapply at least twice throughout the day.

Lovely colour

For me too much on lips but gives a lovely colour on the cheeks. A lot smaller than you’d expect

Hummingbird colour description slightly misleading. Formula 4/10

This is my fourth Rituel de Fille product and if I am being completely honest, I have been so deeply disappointed in each one. I was so desperate to love the brand as it aligns very much with my desire to support small, independent brands and those who use truly cruelty-free practices and ingredients. I do not like to leave negative feedback but, for the purposes of balance, I think it is important to give all opinions and voices equal chance to be heard in the hope that it helps other customers. I have the Colour Nectar Pigment Balm in Bee Sting and Hummingbird, an Inner Glow Creme Pigment in Delirium and a Lip Sheer in Bittersweet. This review is for the Colour Nectar Pigment Balm in Hummingbird. Compared to the Inner Glow Creme Pigment, the Colour Nectar Balm formula is more emollient and comfortable and is a slightly more sheer formula. Do not be mislead into thinking that the pigment level in the Colour Nectar Balm is low. These are still very, very pigmented but can be sheered out more easily than the drier, stiffer Inner Glow formula. If you are looking for a product to wear on the lips, I would recommend the Colour Nectar over the Inner Glow formula. The Colour Nectar Balm is more comfortable although I still found it quite drying, especially when wearing over a period of a few hours. The initial feel is slightly more moisturising but this quickly evaporates to a less comfortable, thirsty skin feel. On the lips, I felt that I needed to apply balm before this product and I still would have preferred to moisturise on top of this. By comparison to the Inner Glow Pigment, the Colour Nectar Balms are slightly smaller but this is very fairly reflected in the price difference. The main disappointment for this product came from the colour description of Hummingbird as a ‘vibrant, euphoric summer watermelon.’ In reality, Hummingbird translates onto my lips and skin as a deepened cool red with a definite vampy edge. I was hoping for bright, cheerful, summer watermelon with a warm, sunny feel but what I got was a much more bitten red, vampirish character. Would I recommend this product to others? Sadly, although I would prefer this slightly over the Inner Glow formula, I just found it very uncomfortable to wear over any period of time and not very pleasurable to use. It may be that my skin just reacts negatively to the ingredients used (lavender oil in particular can be problematic for many) but I can only give my honest experience and opinion. I hope someone finds it helpful in choosing the best products for them.
