stunning product

i got a small sample of this in my cult beauty goody bag, and i am in love with this product. bee sting comes off as really dark in the pot but shows as dark baby pink on my brown skin. it’s really pigmented and i love how you can apply it with your fingertips all over your eyelids, cheeks and lips and it gives a glossy finish- it’s definitely a lazy girl make up product. will definitely consider purchasing different colour in the future.

Beautiful build-able colour

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I received a sample of this in Bee Sting in the Cult Conscious goodie bag, and despite owning a very impressive box full of lipsticks, lip stains, liners, tinted balms etc, I think I've found a new favourite! The colour is sheer, but easy to build up with additional applications, it feels silky rather than drying like other lip stains I've used, and isn't sticky at all. I'm so impressed I've since bought it in Snapdragon and Bloodflower as well, I just adore the way it applies, how long it lasts and how it feels more like a nourishing balm than a standard lip stain! Although pricey, the little pot i received as a sample looks barely touched despite using it everyday since I received it, so I definitely feel it's worth the money! I have very dry lips year round and am constantly looking for new products to keep them moisturised, this perfectly straddles the line between lip care and lip cover. Can't recommend this highly enough!

This is a typical product from the line. I think everything is very similar. Package is identical to the blushes but smaller. I rather wish they would differentiate their packages. The balm is quite thick but applies well & stays on a reasonable amount of time. Colour is as shown. Probably won’t repurchase - prefer their blush.

Bee Sting and Bloodflower

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

As a big fan of RDF I had to try these, I used bee sting first and I was kind of disappointed because it came out more of a coral colour on me, not a baby pink as I was expecting (but that’s just my skin tones doing that, not the product). On the plus side though, the texture and the blend are fab. Bloodflower, now that’s a different story…..this red is AMAZING. It looks really dark in the pan but comes out sooo sheer (can be built) and has a bit of an amber tint to it so it stays red, another one of my tone problems is that reds go pink on me, but this one stays red and that’s exactly what I've been looking for for years! The perfect red!

i love the colour and even though it's quite matte, it hydrates the lips without being slippy. in love.
