Not good

I am a fan of the Roen eyeshadow quads, in terms of the variety of finishes and colours, so I had high hopes for this eyeshadow single too. However it is very difficult to pick up the pigment and you have to dig in the pan. Definitely go with the quads instead.

Chunky goodness

I very much enjoy the chunkiness of these eyeshadows. Beautiful undone effect on my eyes. This is a very warm golden bronze shade that's great for a bit more tan skin

Poor

Yet another Roen fail, I was so disappointed by this product.

Great concept

The concept of Roen's beauty is definitely game-changing. Unfortunately the formula does not necessarily meet the mark. This is a great top-coat for people with already supple skin, however I would not recommend this for dry or oily skin. It looks fantastic if applied with time and precision, however, when running late for work in the morning, I would not have this necessarily because it is time-consuming. It is a shame, because the effects are stunning when applied well.

Lovely colour

Love the colour of this single, but I prefer the formula of the quads

Unaure

Editorials look fabulous not quite the same on my face! Pretty when you can get it on as a topper but the pan is very hard. I do like that their products and looks are a bit different and the packaging is lovely, I will keep working on different application methods to get better results

Disco? More like you turned up and no-one told you it had been cancelled:(

Seriously nothing going on with this eyeshadow, save your money - or spend it on an indie shadow with actual shine and glitter and which will adhere to a brush/sponge applicator/finger. Nothing works - this shadow was dry af and unusable tbh - I'd have tried to return it for a refund but was too lazy.

Unique investment, a little tricky

I'm happy I invested in these although I have many gold-shade cream shadows - you absolutely cannot find the nonhomogeneous look of gold flakes which Summer Disco offers anywhere else. And in turn, this works really well as a topper for any cream eyeshadows. Things to note before use: 1. Only gorgeous over cream/mousy eyeshadows. This cannot be applied over powder eyeshadows, the gold will flake off (trust me I've tried). 2. You'd initially think the shadow has been hard-pan at first - it's designed to be that way. My successful application method is to use the surface of your nail to lightly scrape off the shadow then apply on your lid - this works wonderfully to get the nonhomogeneous editorial look as you see in Reon website - tricky but worth it for the compliments I've gotten since wearing this.

I love it

All Roen products are unique, this one is no different. It has more pigment than the Universal disco eye, so it's great to use it on its own all over the lid. Great summer color.

Buy the palettes!!

Idk what it is but my Roen singles are the worst! I can not get anything out of them, they instantly got hard pan and arr just so dry, nothing like the palettes! I love the palettes, those are creamy and beautiful but the singles, both waste of money and nerves.
