Apply a generous few squirts of Saltee onto your whole body (well, the bits that are exposed to the sun) 15 minutes before sun exposure to let the product fully absorb.

Once absorbed, you’re ready to sweat or get wet.

Re-apply approximately every two hours and touch up after a swim.
