Sarah’s glittering roster of clients could rival the stars of the Hollywood Blvd. A mecca for skin-savvy celebrities, editors and influencers-in-the-know, her chic (and discreet) Cheslea clinic takes care of the most highly scrutinised skins – lifting, massaging, detoxing and pampering stressed and depleted complexions. And, if you don’t have the patience to wait many moons for a sought-after slot with the woman herself, Sarah Chapman’s phenomenal range makes her expertise much more accessible. Boasting treatments and specialist tools to help mimic her signature facial at home, emulate the A-List with her stellar, self-named edit.
A cutting-edge three-step extraction device, Sarah Chapman’s ingenious Pro Pore Refiner has harnessed ultrasonic technology to excavate all of the ‘gunk’ that gets stuck in your pores to leave skin looking porcelain smooth.
The next best thing to professional treatments, this fast-acting gadget is perfect for all those who’re plagued by enlarged pores or breakouts. With three phases, the first of which combines thermo-therapy and ionic cleansing to warm and soften skin – ensuring that it’s ripe for the ‘extracting’ – this compact device makes light work of removing residual make up and blackhead-inducing detritus. Using ultrasonic vibrations, the next phase then loosens the dirt, oils and debris before phase three – the Extraction Phase – involves ‘vacuuming’ over the congested areas, literally sucking the ‘yuk’ out to leave your pores perfectly purged.
Device x 1, Nozzle x 1, Charging lead x 1, Ultimate Cleanse (3ml)
For the latest information, it is recommended to review the ingredient list printed on the packaging of the product prior to usage or consumption.
Step 1: Thermo-therapy and Ionic Cleansing
Click button once to illuminate yellow light.
After cleansing, use the flat 'metalised' end of the device on damp skin to massage gently over blocked areas. Increasing heat effectively opens pores while positively charged ions attract negatively charged dirt to the surface of the skin in preparation of extraction.
After two minutes the device will buzz to indicate 'Step 1' is complete and the device has turned off.
Step 2: Thermo-therapy and Ultrasonic Vibrations
Click button twice to illuminate blue light.
Use the flat 'metalised' end of the device to massage gently over blocked areas. This step utilises ultrasonic vibrations and warmth to manipulate the skin and loosen the blockage further.
After two minutes the device will buzz to indicate 'Step 2' is complete and the device has turned off.
Step 3: Extraction
Click button three times to illuminate white light.
Flip the device and attach the suction nozzle to begin extraction. Begin on 'Level 1' and increase the strength as appropriate, depending on the skin's resistance, then glide over taught skin with with continuous upwards movement. Complete one pass per area to avoid unnecessary stress to the skin and stop when it feels complete.
Suction lasts a maximum of one minute before turning off automatically. Use for as long as is appropriate for your skin and click the button to turn off if required before the one minute cycle is complete.
After use, clean nozzle with warm soapy water.

A helper
I only use step 3, since 1 and 2 are quite useless to me. I have problematic sensitive skin with viscous sebum and narrow pores. This means the skin is hard to clean and the way to go is manual cleaning. Nose strips never work on me. The important part is to prepare the skin before using it, and that way I am able to cleanse my skin well. Oil cleansers, AHA products do help to prep too. The brands own cleanser also preps well and helps to cleanse better. The only thing I'd add to this set would be a brush to cleanse the tip. I ended up using an interdental brush. Overall I am satisfied with this.

Underwhelmed
Overpriced. Doesn't do anything special. Better off getting a cheaper product it will work the same if not better.

Waste of money
Was really excited about this product after seeing video reviews but it is so disappointing. Nothing comes up in the suction - I was expecting to see gunk from my skin but alas nothing. The first two steps don't seem to do anything either! They should offer a money back guarantee with this because it really does not do what it says on the tin!

overrated and overpriced
the only thing that happened to my face after using it was getting bruises. you definitely need a facial steamer because this device does not prepare your skin for extractions. steps one and two are somewhat pointless

Overpriced.
It's OK, not wow.. I found out it's not waterproof after the purchase. The device feels cheap not very well manufactured and I feel it will last one month or 2. Cleaning the device from inside is not possible. Ps. I'm a regular customer at Sarah clinic and this what motivated me to buy.

THE WORST!
What an absolute waste of money! I did everything to make sure I got the most out of this product (I steamed my face and exfoliated, made sure my pores were really open and ready for extraction) and the results are so disappointing! the suction is strong but literally nothing comes out!

Can't see any difference
I regularly go for microdermabrasion facials so thought I would save time and money and try this DIY approach. The tool looks sleek and is easy to use. However, for the warming massage you do need very wet skin or the tool will just pull your skin. It feels pleasant, but I'm not convinced that it or the second stage is actually doing anything efficacious. The third stage is where I expected to finish and see visible 'gunk' in the suction device. Nothing, nada. I've tried different suction strengths, over a period of a few weeks and still nothing apart from a very red face.
