Love this
I do love a good potent retinol, I do have quite tolerant skin when it comes to retinol but even then I always take my time introducing or reintroducing retinol starting once a week. This soaks into the skin well and after a while you start to notice the more glowing, smooth skin.

Not for sensitive skin
I have hormonal acne along jawline and while this helped prevent my monthly large spots. In its place I developed we pustule acne all over my face, which was worse. Because their is lactic acid (aha) and retinol it was too much for my skin. It’s odd this product combined the two when everywhere you look it recommends not to use on the same evening. I don’t recommend this. Medik8 is 100 times better if looking for a good retinol for sensitive skin.
