Apply twice a day for a 2-month intensive skin care program and once a day as part of a beauty maintenance routine using a suitable application technique.

Step one: using a 'cross my heart' motion with the right hand flat — begin from the left shoulder, descending through the décolleté between the breasts, then go around the right breast in a figure 8 movement passing under the other breast. Glide back up the décolleté to the right shoulder. Repeat the same technique with the left hand, beginning from the right shoulder.

Step two: smooth up between the breasts toward the shoulders with the palm of the hand.

Step three: pat to finish with hand flat on the chest and décolleté.
