Smells like heaven
I’ve been on the hunt for an aluminium free, cruelty free deodorant for a while now and the ones from Sol de Janeiro are the best I’ve tried. I loved the yellow one and wore it all through that crazy London heatwave last summer and it performed incredibly. I thought I would try this one instead for a change and I actually much prefer it. It smells less sweet and slightly more fruity. I was always worried with the yellow one that I smelled like a caramel factory when I went to the gym but with this one, I could just stand there all day and sniff my armpits. I wont… but I could, it’s that lovely!! Just be careful though as my yellow ones melted last year and the deodorant was constantly falling out of the component. I had to squidge it back in with a spoon each time. I haven’t had an issue with this one yet but it hasn’t been hot weather. I overcame the issue by keeping it in the fridge for the whole of July and august.

One Of The Best Natural Deodorants
I have been on a mission for a while to find a good natural deodorant and most of them don't hold up, but I do think Sol De Janeiro have done the best so far. I think both this one and the 62 version are great, I do think this 40 one does cause a bit of a rash if I use it daily though, no idea why this one and not the 62? I assume there is a slight difference in the ingredient list. In all honesty I am greedy and I do use both this one and the 62 and just alternate as I love both scents. They do last a fair amount of time as well, I think one tube lasted me 3 months so not too bad. I only wish they would hurry up and get the refills to the UK as I have already had to buy a new one, which seems a waste of packaging!
