Nice soft material (non-scratchy, non-irritating) but not the most snug fit around my eyes. The heat does feel relaxing, but I felt like I would have to manually press the eye pads down to get the full effect. There is no noticeable scent, so don't expect a spa like experience. I like using it however couldn't find a way to fit this into my night time routine, as I like to use a lot of serums + the Glow recipe eye mask, so it just feels like this cotton-like material would either break down the products or soak it all up. Not the best price point for what is a rather basic product. Overall, its a nice treat for once in a while but I wouldn't repurchase.
