A little frivolous but so soothing
These are definitely not a necessity but they are so lovely. As someone who has regular tension headaches these are a real treat to help me drift off the sleep. They also make a great gift for someone looking to up their self-care game. Can you get a similar effect by putting a hot water bottle or wheat sack against your forehead? Yes…but that’s not always as convenient as just opening a packet (eg travelling) plus they’re scented and fasten into place.

I find it hard to sleep and get alot of headaches too. These are so relaxing for before sleep and find they help me switch off my mind. Then with the headaches the gentle heat helps so much even after just 20 minutes my head and eyes start to feel so much better. Just wish you could get a bigger box of them!

Whacked one of these on when I wanted to get some sleep on a long haul flight. Immediately repurchased when I got home. The warmth and the feeling is so lovely!
