It started with one
I first received one of these masks in a CB edit and when I got around to using it I felt like I had discovered a life hack. I suffer a lot with migrains and insomnia. This mask helps me with both of these problems! When I have a migraine the only thing I can do is take medication and lay in a dark room and hope I fall asleep. Using this mask helps to block out the light, the scent relaxes and calms my body and so does the heating aspect. The only down side is the price so I bought the box to have an emergency stash but I will be using them only when necessary.

I have suffered from migraines since I was a child and on medication for them but this really helps when I do get one.
