Nice treat but not a "must-have"
It does warm up nicely and is relaxing (if you use it in the right setting). I wouldn't buy it for myself anymore, but think it is a nice gift for people. However, it is pricy (and does produce a lot of waste if you think about it). So a bit conflicted!

I was worried the masks may irritate the skin around my eye area but this is not the case. The mask slowly heats up after removing the wrapping and stays warm for at least half an hour. The price per mask is very reasonable for a home spa experience - I've given lots of these to friends in need of some TLC.
