Unwind approx 15inches of floss.
Wind most of the floss around both of your middle fingers, leaving only about 1 to 2 inches of floss for your teeth.
Hold the floss taut with your thumbs and index fingers.
Slide the floss gently between the gum and the tooth.
The floss should be held firmly against the tooth and rub along the surface of the tooth with a gentle up and down movement and into a C shape under the gum.
Follow this process for the remaining teeth.

Fantastic product
This is a great tooth floss, it really gets in between your teeth and leaves behind a fresh, minty clean taste. I’ve noticed healthier gums after about 2-3 weeks and a general cleaner feel to my gums and teeth. This is now my go to tooth floss.

Great Floss
I will never use another floss. I suffer from bleeding gums and this is the only dental floss that does not cause my gums to inflame or bleed. Would highly recommend if you suffer from gum issues.

Don't
I don't really know where to start. Firstly, the packaging is such that you have to flip open the cardboard lid each time to access the floss, as the cutter is far enough back underneath it that the end is lost each time. The cardboard lid isn't that robust to start with, so if you're keeping it in a room that may be prone to occasional dampness - such as a bathroom - then it gets very flimsy and manky, fast. Then the floss itself.. honestly, I've had thinner tampon strings. I know my teeth are close together but it's genuinely painful trying to get this floss between them, and I don't really know what the floss itself is made of but tiny strands break off and lodge between your teeth, and it's like trying to get raspberry seeds out. I'll probably finish the pack but I won't be back to this brand for anything else.
