Perfect light-weight cream for the summer
I really like to product. I've oily, acne-prone skin, and it didn't cause me to break out. I will definitely buy it again.

Caused breakouts
I have used various water-based moisturisers which I really like. I thought I’d try this one as I loved the summer Fridays jet lag mask. I love the texture of the product. However, after a few days, I started to notice small under skin bumps on my forehead. I’ve never had spots on my forehead before. It took me a while to work out whether this product was the cause as I had started another new product at the same time. I am now sure this was the cause and came on here to leave a review and have seen someone else had the same problem. Unfortunately, the bumps have left me with some red marks and a small scar on my forehead. As I said I have loved other summer Fridays products previously so I’m not writing off the whole brand but this wasn’t for me.

Broke me out
Loved the texture of this product, lightweight and felt lovely to apply but unfortunately, it caused me to break out in small bumps all over my forehead

Very impressive
I have combo-oily skin that tends to breakout. At first I didn't like this one because it felt like there's a plasticy film on my face, but after I got used to it, it hydrated my skin really well and that film sensation disappeared after a few uses! Already repurchased

Maybe the best moisturiser I’ve ever used. I have blemish-prone combination skin and trying to find a moisturiser that hydrates my dry areas without making the rest of my skin too oily or break out is a nightmare! I’ve been using the Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask for a while and absolutely love it so thought I would give this a whirl. This honestly ticks all the boxes. It hydrates and leaves a lovely glow without making my skin look greasy. I’ve been using it every day and night for a couple of months and it hasn’t broken me out once. I’ve even had compliments from people telling me my skin looks great. Can’t fault it and would highly recommend it!

Great light moisturiser
SF did it again - great packaging. The moisturiser doesn’t have a scent to it and it feels very light. You need a very small amount meaning it should last for quite a while. It does provide your skin with that moisturised feeling rather than just sitting in the skin like other light moisturisers.

Have been trailing out moisturisers for a while now as was in the middle of a rather long period of perioral dermatitis and while my routine got stripped back I needed something for my normally dry skin. I'd always thought dry skin needs a heavy cream but after reading an article with some skin genius....who's products I definitely cannot afford, I learnt that the ingredients mattered, like the addition of hyaluronic and that light was better cause you could top it up in the day if necessary without smothering your skin. Stumbled on this and it's been great. I'd always hated light moisturisers and felt like you were putting nothing on that immediately disappeared but you can actually feel this on your skin. It soaks in well it doesn't smell my skin feels soft all over. Now I don't look 10 years younger but my flakey skin is gone and I'm delighted. My perioral dermatitis has since cleared, whether that's down solely to this I doubt BUT this certainly didn't irritate my condition which is half the battle. I cannot speak for the product in a northern hemisphere winter but am hoping it will be just as good for me then as it is now.

My go to light moisturiser
I have combination skin and usually struggle to find something with a good balance. My skin feels great after this. Not greasy or sticky but soft, plump and hydrated. It sinks in beautifully and doesn't feel like there's a layer left on my face. Totally recommend it as my go-to summer moisturiser.

I have combination, sensitive skin and have always found it a challenge to find a moisturiser that both hydrates the dry areas and doesn't get greasy or irritate my skin. This is the full package, it is heavy enough to provide all day moisture but melts into the skin preventing any greasy/oily areas. It lasts a long time and I would say that since using this my redness has reduced and my skin feels more plump. It literally ticks all the boxes and has become my new go to moisturiser.
