Not worth the hype
I haven’t noticed any difference in my skin despite using this for around a month now. It also smells very unpleasant, like fish.

Very good
Lovely texture. Considering the strength of this, I only experienced one week of the classic retinol irritation. Four weeks in, my skin texture has definitely improved. Expensive but worth it!

The Product I didn’t know I needed….
This was my first time buying a retinol product and boy it did not disappoint. I was experiencing clogged pores due to wearing masks and since using this the problem has completely gone. My skin is notably clearer. Using this daily (but can understand for sensitive skin types to start gradually) with a Drunk Elephant sunscreen and my skin has never looked better.

The best one!
I am using this 5 times a week, and this one is the best I have tried. It does smell a bit, but nothing unpleasant (other high-end retinol serums I have tried were a lot more smelly than this one). I have combination skin (oily t-zone) that is also sensitive - so give it a try, it might work for you.

This is honestly IT ... for the rest of time, all retinols will always have to compare to this for me. I don't really have any fine lines (bar a little crows feet) or wrinkles but my face believes it's in pantomime at all times and my smile is comparable to that of the Chesire cat so I know those expression lines will one day seriously get me, so a good retinol is so key for me. This leaves my skin brighter, smoother, better and honestly, I try a lot of skincare and most retinols don't last long in my routine anymore before they're given to loved ones so I can get my A+ back in my life! x

Best retinol I've tried
I've really enjoyed this retinol. I feel this makes a difference to the appearance of my skin with minimal irritation. My skin is smoother and more glowy. I've also had a decrease in hormonal breakouts. I took it slow at first as recommended but am now able to use it every night with no irritation or dryness. I previously used the Drunk Elephant retinol and had significant dryness and flaking throughout. I would definitely recommend this one instead.

Great consistency
It is super lightweight, non-drying at all, i also use it undereye, no irritation at all. With A passion i had to use 2 serums and 2 moisturisers to fight dryness (although my skin is oily!) and finally there were no antiageing results. Then i started using the Sunday Riley retinol and from the first morning my skin felt like my 3yo daughter's , super soft, smooth and bright. I think it has already helped with fine lines -i have a small one between my eyebrows and there is a slight difference (and it's not even a month since i started using it). I am impressed, it is effective, yet gentle. I am waiting for the long term results to update my review.

Miracle!
After A LOT of research, I settled on this product as the new addition to my routine. I didn't quite know what to expect from it or my skin but I have to say, it's a miracle!!!! Literally a miracle! I have been using it for a few weeks now and have had the "purge" with underskirt bumps and a few whiteheads but they disappear in a day and now my skin is more used to it, I've noticed it clears up any inflammation overnight! I genuinely cannot believe how good my skin looks with this product (post the purge, be patient!) N.B it smells like copydex (you know, the 90s school kid horse glue!) BUT the results are worth it and it sinks into the skin quickly so worst case, holds your breath whilst you apply because it is TOTALLY worth it!

Am now on my second bottle of this - when I first tried, didn't think much of it, but that's because it's so gentle! When I started using it consistently - 2 days on, 1 day off - I started seeing my cell turnover improve which really helped to clear some PIP I had. Gentle enough to use in combination with an AHA serum!
