Lovely consistency and sinks into the skin well. I think it has a slightly odd smell, not particularly offensive cant put my finger on the smell ! However, I will repurchase again as it's a lovely serum.

Not hydrating
I can’t comment on the fading of my post acne red marks but in terms of the serum, it is very lightweight which is great during summer but does not provide any hydration which means my skin can feel tight especially when using at night. I definitely still need to use a hydrating toner.

I have rosacea and sensitive skin and had read about how effective niacinamide is at calming down irritation and inflammation so tried a few other products with it in, no results, then I tried this... success! I love most Sunday Riley products and this is probably up there with my absolute favourites - it really does soothe my skin, shrink open pores, calm down inflammation, reduce redness, leave a beautiful hydrated glow and is just a good all rounder! I've only knocked a star off as you don't get much product for the price - it doesn't last that long so it could get to be expensive! I will keep buying when there are offers on etc because it really is worth it. Would definitely recommend!

I don’t have issues with acne or scarring, however I do find my skin has a tendency to look dull and uneven sometimes and this serum has already begun to brighten my complexion. I am using only in the morning, along with an spf and am very pleased with the results so far.
