Looking to boost your complexion's radiance? Sunday Riley has you covered with the C.E.O Vitamin C Rich Hydration Cream (50g).
Formulated with an advanced vitamin C, also known as 5% THD ascorbate, this potion visibly brightens skin while defending against environmental aggressors (think: blue light and pollution). It's also infused with soothing bisabol and lime pearl to gently exfoliate dead skin cells, revealing a smoother complexion. Offering fast-absorbing hydration without greasiness, this luxurious moisturiser deeply hydrates, improves uneven tone and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The result? Your skin will appear collagen-rich and oh-so glowy.

The best
Very moisturizing serum, it’s everything I want from a serum.

Moisturising and brightening
I use this product every morning before moisturiser. It absorbs well and is really hydrating, and I love the orange scent. If I use more than one pump I feel my skin can be ever so slightly tacky, so I am careful with how much I use. However, my skin is really glowing, and makeup sits nicely on top. I have been struggling with dryness a lot less, and I think this is part of that. Will definitely repurchase.

Very rich
This is thick! It does brighten and nourish. If you have oily or sensitive skin which does not like to be suffocated with products than you should only use a tiny bit of this and press it to the drier areas of the face. I use it on top of the CEO serum for an extra boost but I do not think this moisturizer is necessary if you already own the serum. For my skin type, this is strictly for night time and I'd never wear it under makeup or in hot weather.

Quite nice
I have oily and sensitive skin. This does a good job of brightening and moisturizing the skin. I also feel like this is quite thick for a serum and can be used as a moisturizer for those who can't use heavy products on the skin.

Big no for me
I have rosacea, acne and a very very sensitive pale skin. I wanted to refresh my skin with this cream (I am a big fan of SR oils) but it just does not make it for me: heavenly scented, too rich, make up does not look well and after 1 month I can see no results. Really disappointed on this one, sorry.

Love this
I originally received this as a birthday gift and I’ve just purchased my 3rd order of this stuff! My skin is very sensitive & at 36 I find it difficult to find something that suits my skin as it ages but this does it for me! I usually pair it after alpha-Liquid gold and it leaves my skin glowing. I don’t find it too heavy and it smells lovely... the only downside is the price and I find it doesn’t last as long as like.

Fantastic moisturiser
I received a small sample of this and loved it so much I bought a full sized jar. I use this CEO cream in the morning as it really plumps and hydrates my dehydrated skin. Although quite rich, I find my skin absorbs this moisturiser very easily so I'm able to apply make up a few minutes later.

Very moisturizing Vitamin C serum
I am not usually the one to favour Vitamin C derivatives but oh boy is this nice! I like that as the Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate is a derivative form after all and would need conversion into L-ascorbic acid later, it is the second ingredient in the product (unlike a lot of other so-called Vitamin C products on the market that might use some SAP MAP or AT in the fifth ingredient) and it is good that Sunday Riley also tells you the percentage (15%) to stop you from guessing. Squalane is the third ingredient, which probably explains why it is so moisturizing. I am also surprised that despite the beeswax, it does not feel sticky at all, and I use quite a large amount for my dry skin (at least two pumps) in the AM right before my moisturizer. Texture wise, it is a bit thick (similar to Good Genes but less slimy), but it absorbs quite quickly on my skin as if it is a moisturizer, it is super lovely to put on the face (and the orange scent does not hurt either). Unfortunately I can not tell you about the brightening effects, as I do use Vitamin C serums all year round, and my skin is generally in good condition. I can however tell that during the first month of using this serum my skin always looked luminous with makeup on and never once it felt dry. As I use this serum in the AM, I think it definitely has helped and perhaps has also improved my skin to some degree. But since I use a big amount of serums usually, I always find myself finishing 30ml bottles within a month, including this one, therefore, I should have purchased more bottles and continued using it if I really wanted to detect the effect of exactly this product. The only con is probably the price is a bit steep for every month, but I will definitely repurchase it.

OK But Not Earth Shatterring
I've purchased it as part of the "Back to school" set. This is a decent cream that slightly brightens my complexion. It's pleasant to use and non-irritating, however too rich for my combination skin for day application under makeup. The scent is nice and citrusy and reminds me one of the Biotherm discontinued ranges. Overall, nice cream but I would very much prefer vitamin C in a serum form that would make sure the correct pH level and allow for product layering. Hence I do not plan to purchase the full size.
