This has a much lighter fragrance than my usual This Works pillow spray but is still lovely, within about 7-10 minutes I start yawning and feeling drowsy, however I wouldn’t say this keeps me asleep (my primary issue) but overall would definitely recommend. Especially to put beside the bed in a guest room, the packaging is lovely.

Got this as part of the sleep edit box. Used it every night, combined with the kitsch satin pillowcase also from the box. Been sleeping a solid 9 hours with this combo. Coming from a long time insomniac, that's quite a statement. Tried all the pillow sprays. Never done a thing. This is the winner!
