Shake the bottle before use. Apply in the morning by rolling this cooling gel gently over the delicate the eye area. Gently roll the tip from the outer to the inner corner of the under eye. Then roll under the eyebrow starting from the inner corner of the eye outwards. This technique will help to boost circulation and flush out the build-up of excess fluid.
