Apply mist from head to toe, saturating skin. Blend with tanning mitt using circular motions, leaving hands, elbows and feet last. Wash hands after use. Tan starts to develop in 1 hour. Do a patch test 24 hours before use. Do not apply on broken or irritated skin. Avoid contact with eyes.

Perhaps it gets better with practice
I usually love Tan Luxe products so was very excited to try this. It’s definitely not a beginners tan and, even as someone who regularly uses tan without a guide colour, I struggled. Be prepared for your bathroom to get covered in this tan as the spray tends to go everywhere, especially on the floor so you then get tan on the soles of your feet. I also ended up with a very strong orange colour on my legs - very embarrassing. After my first shower most of the colour on my arms has come off, so now the tan is completely uneven. The bottom half of me is orange and the top doesn’t look much different than before I applied. Really hoping my next application will be more successful!

Beautiful but not beginner friendly
This is an overall a pretty fantastic self-tanner. The colour is rich and pretty, my skin felt more moisturised after, and I’ve got a lot of compliments on it because I look healthy and glowy. It also smells pretty good. I will definitely use it again, and am thinking of buying another bottle because of how nice the colour is. Just waiting to see how long it lasts and how it fades before I pull the trigger! However, it’s not beginner friendly. There’s no guide tan so I’d imagine if you don’t tan frequently/not confident with it, you might miss some areas. Also, it’s supposed to not be sticky but I found it stayed pretty sticky the whole time, though with a max development time of 4 hours that’s not the biggest deal. I wouldn’t recommend leaving it on longer than 4 hours, think you could end up quite orange if you did. One thing I really didn’t love was that the spray inevitably left residue on the floor, which I ended up walking in so my soles are orangey-brown and a bit scary looking! Next time will definitely put a towel down.

Holiday in a bottle
I am obsessed with this product! I’ve loved Tan-Luxe for many years and usually use their express mousse. I was apprehensive to try the mist, but so glad I did. Could not be easier to use, so quick to do my entire body, the colour is incredible (more golden undertones than red / orange) and the smell is DIVINE! Like a holiday in a bottle. 🤍

By far the worst tan I have ever used and I have been fake tanning for years. The ‘mist’ is more like a squirt, very very patchy and scaly after around 3 days, and an absolute nightmare the get off. Wouldn’t recommend, waste of money

Nightmare to apply.
The spray was far too wet and difficult to apply. Even with copious rubbing in I woke up the next day with speckles everywhere. The colour was really orange on me and started to go patchy after 3 days. The only thing that I liked was the smell!
