With the majority of the ingredients home-grown on Tata’s farm, and the formulations developed and produced in small batches in Tata’s Vermont laboratory, each and every botanical extract in Tata Harper’s formulations fulfils a very specific purpose – hydrating, protecting, clarifying or firming – nothing is included that doesn’t add to the overall brilliance of each formula. Powerfully purifying, this gentle creamy cleanser eliminates every last trace of make up and grime, while counteracting the ravages wrought by everyday exposure to pollutants and the elements. Naturally exfoliating fruit enzymes refine skin’s surface – removing the dead cells which compromise its light-reflective properties – while natural sugars and broccoli extract combine to stimulate and reinvigorate dulled, sluggish skin. Nourishing and hydrating, this unclogs pores and eradicates toxins while balancing oil production to re-establish equilibrium – perfect if your skin is combination/oily. The ultimate ‘second-step’ cleanser, this heavenly-scented formula clarifies and detoxifies without stripping, to leave your face feeling refreshed, protected and glowing. Irritating
This made me bright red and irritated. One of the worst cleansers I ever tried. My skin can be a bit sensitive but I use a lot of products and try a lot too and never had such a reaction. My cheeks were on fire.

Great Cleanser
This is a really indulgent cleanser. I love the texture and scent. As you massage it in to the skin it melts into a lovely oil. It makes for a great morning or second cleanse. Certainly a splurge item but worth it to treat yourself.

Go to cleanser
I've bought this twice now - don't be put off by the price as it does last a good 2-3 months!

This is the one!
I tried Tata Harper's Clarifying cleanser first and had to get rid of it because it was just like washing up liquid - so was a bit wary to order another Tata Harper product to try but thank goodness I did! I needed a cleanser to help with adult acne (I also use Votary's Clarifying oil), and have now just tried this. As soon as I opened the bottle I was relieved! It's clayish - initially - then melts into an oil, and it smells nicely and subtly of creamy ginger; plus it does the job. I can usually tell if my skin likes a product within the first few hours of using it, and no spots or red patches have developed...if anything, my skin's brighter. Happy customer here. Should've bought this one to start with.

Not Worth the Price
I’ve used the refreshing cleanser by Tata Harper which I absolutely adored. When that ran out, it wasn’t available anywhere online so I decided to try this version. It was a bad idea. I had the worst month of breakouts, my skin was oilier than usual. It looked awful. I stopped using this and my skin cleared up within 3 days. I’ve gone back to my OG Oskia cleanser. This didn’t work well for me with my sensitive combo skin so if your skin is similar to mine, buy a tester first if possible.

More a Morning Cleanse than Anything Else
On its own it doesn't really take off your makeup, I have to use it as a second cleanse after an oil based cleanser and even than I have to rub both of them very good, so that's not very convenient for the price you pay. As a morning cleanse is OK, but that's easy, you don't need a good cleanser for it to work in the mornings.

Excede the expectation
I’m in my earlier 40’s having ageing skin, which is prone to occasional outbursts, usually, as a reaction to the wrong skin care products. Over the years I used a wide range of that so-called cosmeceuticals products and was in opinion that cleansers usually leave skin dry, dull and dehydrated and a toner afterwards is a must to bring a PH balance back to normal. But after discovering this cleanser from Tata I know that it was wrong. After cleansing my face using this cleanser, my skin and fingers are fully hydrated, soft and calm. Another aspect worth to mention here is that not much quantity of the cleanser is required for the whole face and neck, hence it spreads quite good, thus the bottle will last longer making it worth the investment. Having said that, I will join the club of Tata Harper cleanser’s admirers.

Lovely as a morning cleanse, but stings eyes
This cleanser is so luxe! Love it’s uplifting scent so I used this as a morning cleanser. It has a soft mud-gel texture when you first pump it out, but turns into an oil once you’ve massaged it into your face. It emulsifies elegantly with water and leaves your skin feeling cleansed, happy and never stripped. Love this cleanser about as much as Josh Rosebrook’s complete moisture cleanse. I have sensitive dehydrated acne prone skin and this has been absolutely wonderful on my skin. It stings the eyes though.
