With Vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation and zinc, which contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails. Plus 18 wholefood ingredients, provitamin A and B group vitamins, this berry-flavoured blend supports luminous skin - from the inside out.
With ingredients like maqui berries, queen garnet plum, Kakadu plum and pomegranate fruit peel extract, this nutrient-dense powder contains skin-protective antioxidants and phytonutrients. Give it a Glow
As I opened the tub and stared into this khaki powder, I groaned. My commitment to a more mindful stance on wellbeing has led me to expand my daily supplement menu past collagen and vit D. This self-inflicted penance has brought me to TBC's Glow, on the strength of rave reviews from my colleagues. As I shook the mixture into water it transformed into a rich aubergine shade of Purple, suddenly there was hope where I had worried there would be nose pegs. The taste is good, it has a rich berry flavour that isn't sugary and doesn't feel heavy like a smoothie. It's been a month and I can definitely see a difference; my complexion looks clearer and I think the whites of my eyes look brighter, my nails are stronger but more than anything I feel good. It gives me the same feeling as when I go to an early yoga class on a Saturday morning and know I'm heading straight for a bagel, energised, buoyant and dare I say it, a bit optimistic about my progress.

Swear by The Beauty Chef
I absolutely love this product alongside the Collagen! I notice a huge difference in my skin and hair when I am using them and hate running out!

Not as tasty as other products!
I am a huge fan of the beauty chef, I love the Body Inner Beauty Support but have found the GLOW inner beauty essential quite hard to swallow... I'm going to stick with it to see if I get results but the flavour could be improved.
