Oxidised
The product arrived oxidised. When I raised this issue with cult beauty they told me its 'normal' for vitamin C serums to oxidise and that it is still ok to use and will provide the same results. I've used this serum before and had great results, but the oxidised version has irritated my skin and doesn't seem to be effective

This is the first vitamin c serum I’ve every purchased and after just 3 days of using it I noticed a visible difference in my skin. Fragrance changed
Still feels ok on the skin, but I’ve had this product before and there was no fragrance to it, but my recent purchase smells really strongly of witch hazel, which isn’t pleasant. The bottle has also slightly changed so I’m wondering if they’ve changed the formula. Fragrance so strong, not sure if I’ll buy this again, which is a shame.
