Skin care doesn't have to be confusing. The INKEY List is on a mission to debunk beauty jargon and put the power of knowledge in your hands. Its straight-talking range includes all the industry's best-loved heroes (from retinol to hyaluronic acid) in no-frills formulations that deliver incredible results. If smoother-looking skin is on your wishlist then so should the Bakuchiol Moisturiser (30ml), a gentle yet potent alternative to retinol for beginners and long-standing fans.
Keen to try retinol but want to ease yourself into it? Add the Bakuchiol Moisturiser (30ml) to your routine and take an ultra-gentle approach to addressing fine lines and wrinkles.
Powered by a glow-enhancing blend of nourishing squalane, barrier-protecting sacha inchi oil, omegas 3, 6 and 9 and of course, the hero ingredient, bakuchiol, this hydrating formula ensures skin stays supple and plump. What's so great about bakuchiol, you ask? For starters, it's a plant-based alternative to retinol, which makes it extra kind to even the most sensitive of skin types. Most of all, it works to refine texture and boost elasticity over time, therefore making this multitasking moisturiser the ultimate staple you can rely on.
Aqua (Water/ Eau), Squalane, Glycerin, Propanediol, Plukenetia Volubilis Seed Oil (Sacha Inchi oil), Dicaprylyl Carbonate, Bakuchiol, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Caproyl Prolinate, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Carbomer, Sodium Hydroxide, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Polysorbate 60, Phytic Acid, Glyceryl Polyacrylate, Sorbitan Isostearate, Tocopherol.

Love this moisturiser. It is a great alternative to retinol

Good so far
Been looking for a moisturiser for early signs of ageing that won’t upset my sensitive, blemish prone skin and whilst I can’t report too much on the anti-ageing effects yet, it gets high marks already for not upsetting my skin. It’s really lightweight and sinks in quickly which is great as I have oily skin, but it still feels hydrating. The smell doesn’t bother me and I’ve had no issues as other reviewers have with it being in a tube as it doesn’t leak out. So far I’m impressed and will be keen to see what results I have after 4-6 weeks use.

Great product, great price
I bought this to top my Medik8 r-Retinoate Intense at night as I heard combining a retinol with Bakuchiol would give elevated results. Although I haven't been using this long enough to comment on that, this Bakuchiol moisturiser is silky and sinks in so well. I can't believe how low the price is!

Love this in the summer
Love this for my lightweight moisturiser in the summer! It’s a very fluid like consistency but somehow is enough. Good price too!

Good only for beginners
This retinol is great for beginners. But if you’re not a beginner it probably won’t do anything for you. I don’t see any changes anymore on my skin and it’s my second buy.

Smells bad!
Smells gross!! Haven't used it apart from the first time so can't say if it works or not, but the smell is rank and who wants to put that on their face!!? Stay clear!

Amazing stuff
Yes it smells a bit weird and is a tad runny. However, since using this I have noticed such a positive change in my skin. I combine it with other Inky List serums, including Hydraulic Acid, Collagen Booster and Vitamin C EGF. My fine lines are minimised, my skin glows more but also more importantly I have fewer blemishes and less poor clogging. I use a website where you can check for any poor clogging ingredients and these products don’t contain any. Since doing this check on any products I use and only sticking to the non poor clogging I have seen a dramatic improvement. In fact, I get compliments on the clarity of my skin and can now get away without using foundation.

Allergic reaction
First product I’ve ever used that has made my face super itchy every time I use it! Won’t be using again! Have never had an allergic reaction from something before. Makes my skin really dry and flaky too. Would not recommend, would go back to traditional retinol forms

Meh
Smell is really bad but just a standard moisteriser. Haven't noticed anything amazing. Does what it needs to and that's it.
