Shake the bottle before use. Use as an overnight treatment. Shake into the palm of your hand, massage hands together, use your fingertips to rub into scalp and leave on overnight. It Works!
This product has actually worked very well! After a month of usage I am seeing new baby hairs!! I only give it 4 stars as the packaging is quite bad and it is difficult to apply. Getting a dropper might help to apply it.

Not really worth the price
It took forever to arrive, and after using it for a month, I haven't noticed less hair in my shower drain. It also makes my hair look and feel really greasy. Perhaps I had way too much hope for it.

I like how it makes my hair soft but there are two things I don't like. 1. The packaging is terrible, it goes everywhere and leaks. 2. I hate the consistency, it's so liquidity and thin and is like water.

My grandma is thrilled
I'm a big fan of the Inkey List skincare and bought this for my grandma to try since during her cancer treatment she had lost a fair bit of hair and was feeling very self-conscious. She had tried a few things and nothing had worked. She's now gone through multiple bottles of this and loves it! It's made her so incredibly happy to see her hair regrow where she's used this that I'm so glad I spotted it!

Very dissapointing
The product comes out in gloopy gel that sinks into the hair rather the scalp once applied. The formula is too thick to allow spread product into the entire scalp area. This affect efficacy of serum, which is none. The applicator doesn't help to contract formula's shortcomings. Dropper would be a better option. Will not repurchase.

Wonderful product.
I tried this product after being in a fire and losing lots of hair, desperate for it to grow back as quickly as possible, applying this product at night and washing it off the next day has left my hair growing back so quickly with really incredible results. I've been using for about a month and I'm hugely impressed. I haven't had struggles with the packaging as I apply it straight onto my hairline. Really recommend this product, it's fantastic.

Not impressed
I’ve been using this since May and I have to say I’ve noticed no difference to my hair. It’s a messy applicator and leaves your hair greasy I wouldn’t buy this again and would probably try out a shampoo with caffeine in it instead

My hair loved the product, but packaging could be better
My hair reacted very well and I noticed improvement. The solution absorbs quickly and well so it doesn't leave hair oily, which I would be able to bare. I don't wash my hair every day! I agree with other comments regarding packaging, it could be improved. Overall I think the product is worth trying for those who are hesitant, I will be getting it again.

Difficult application
I gave up after 3 weeks of applying it religiously. I'm almost out of product, it's not possible to cover the entire scalp with the 2 pumps they mention. The pump is messy and applying it is the last thing you feel like doing when you get to bed (they say it's a night treatment that should be applied before sleep). I will not be completing the suggested 3 months of treatment because it would not only be expensive, but also exhausting to apply every night due to its consistency/packaging.

Great at first
I've been using this since launch every other day and at the start my hair has reacted well to this and looked like it was working but now it's not doing anything and I'm still on the first bottle. I won't be re purchasing.
