Can be used as part of the AM and/or PM routine. Apply directly to clean, dry skin on desired areas, there's no need to rinse off. It works. I have Keratosis pilaris on my shoulder and I used this and after two weeks of constant using I started seeing results and my skin started to exfoliate. But I would definitely recommend to start using gradually to allow the skin to get use to it and avoiding any irritation.

Heard only good things about this product, I’m excited to try it more over a period of time to see the results. Upon first opinions I would say it has minimal scent/ neutral scent, component feel quite cheap and not a lot of product overall for the price but if it works I’d say it would be worth it.
