Can be used as part of the AM and/or PM routine. Apply directly to clean, dry skin on desired areas, there's no need to rinse off. Lovely formula
I've got very dry heels and elbows and this stick is so nice on them and has helped soften the skin in those areas. My only complaint (and even then it's not really a complaint) is that it's a little tricky to apply in hard to get areas (like the feet) because it's quite a wide stick, although maybe I just need to practice a little more!

Holy grail product
This has saved my lifesaver, I have suffered from KP for many years and have never liked to use so many products during my bath routine. I have been through 2 of these so far and have purchased a few more as backups. I have seen a big difference in my KP and I have faith it will be gone completely in the next few weeks, I tend to use this straight after a shower before I get ready for my nighttime routine, I use it on the top of my arms, back of legs, buttocks, underarms, literally everywhere, it has also helped fade dark marks.

Incredible for KP
After only using it for a few days (in a row mind you, morning and evening) I’ve already noticed a difference in the KP on my upper arms! I’ve gotten quite horrid irritation (instantly) with other products specifically targeting KP but no irritation at all with this so far. Plus since it’s in a stick form it’s super easy to travel with (though not best for hot weather perhaps, pretty sure it would melt)
