Can be used as part of the AM and/or PM routine. Apply directly to clean, dry skin on desired areas, there's no need to rinse off. Upon first opinions I would say it has minimal scent/ neutral scent, component feel quite cheap and not a lot of product overall for the price but if it works I’d say it would be worth it.
