Can be used as part of the AM and/or PM routine. Apply directly to clean, dry skin on desired areas, there's no need to rinse off. Smooths skin
Does make a noticeable difference to skin. I have small bumps on my arms and when used alongside a standard exfoliator, I’ve noticed a reduction in the appearance on these.

This glides on so well which surprised me as sometimes sticks can drag the skin. I started putting this on at night but it needs a little longer to sink in so I make sure I leave enough time for that. My skin has felt so smooth though after using this and I have noticed my bumps starting to fade too!
