Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto your hand then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin then rinse thoroughly.

Good but…
This is a lovely cleanser but I can’t help but feel if it was in a pot it would be better. The packaging doesn’t allow you to easily get the product out toward the end and it separates. If it was in a pot you could mix it to make it the right consistency before applying. However, it removes make up decently and doesn’t have a scent which might appeal to a lot of people. It’s good value but needs better packaging! A refill would be even better

Idk about this
I have used it quite a few times and it is great for melting off makeup, however, it leaves the skin feeling quite oily. It’s a love-hate relationship as it has added on extra steps to my night time skincare routine. I have to triple cleanse with this, which I’m not bothered to do; especially at night when I want to just get in bed and sleep :(

I really don’t like this
I bought this after seeing the great reviews but now that I’ve tried it I really can’t understand why there are so many of them. My skin is sensitive and combination. I was hoping this would be a good basic cleanser which wouldn’t irritate my skin. I found it thick and gloopy and similar in texture to Vaseline! It also separates whilst in the tube so that you sometimes get oil coming out. I don’t think a tube is a good choice for the packaging due to this. So putting it on feels greasy but not irritating. Then you emulsify with water and remove. I removed with a damp face cloth but I really found it difficult to remove. I always felt there was a layer of something still on my skin even after going over a couple of times with a cloth and then following up with micellar water. The result- it gave me clogged pores and spots which I haven’t suffered with for years. Wouldn’t buy again and don’t recommend, there are much better cleansers - Simple cleansing oil if you’re looking for a budget buy or Caudalie cleansing oil which is more expensive but smells good and doesn’t irritate my skin.
