LOVE!
This cleanser actually makes me look forward to washing my face in the evening. Make up comes right off, doesn't sting the eyes and leaves my skin smooth. I do have quite sensitive and dry skin and love that this leaves me feeling nourished rather than dried out.

Nothing special
The balm is thick and spreads nicely, but it really leaves the skin with a layer of product and can only be washed of with a muslin cloth. Sort of. You can still feel it on your face even after using the cloth, until you do a second cleanse. They write to follow with a serum, which literally sounds like a waste of serum, as nothing would be able to sink in, with just this as the only wash. The scent of it (even though it is fragrance free) is also not exactly appetizing. All in all, not really enjoying the first cleanse expirience with this one.

Great First Cleanser
I really enjoy using this cleanser, it goes on really smoothly, is nice to massage into your face and I've found that it takes off makeup and sunscreen really well. I haven't really found that it leaves much of a film but I always second cleanse with a water-based cleanser anyway.I've never had the problem of not being able to get the product out of the tube, if anything, for me the balm sometimes separates into balm and oil and runs out too easily. I found that shaking a few times before squeezing out solves this. Also the amount that you get for the price is unreal. This has lasted me 3 months, using every single evening, and will probably continue for a bit longer.

No...
It's like a first cleanse but on the instructions it says to Avoid contact with eyes so what's the point.. anyway, leave's such a film on the face that I feel like I have to then do another double cleanse with the second cleanser. feels like I'm washing off a thick honey mask or something..

Excellent for sensitive skin
I had an extremely bad reaction to another skincare product and didn't know how to handle the situation. I'm a long term lover and user of another balm product on the market but have always found the texture so thick I needed to rub at my face with a flannel to remove the product - not ideal when your face is covered in burning red patches!! The Inkey List Oat Cleansing Balm is verrrrry gentle and rubs off far easier. So much so I'm able to wash away simply with my hands and water in the shower. Much to my surprise, it's also helped to balance the oil production in my face (I usually have an extremely oily t-zone and dry cheeks) and I like that it's an all-round fuss free product. I will definitely repurchase when I run out, however I don't know how long away that will be as it's a very large tube for the price. 4 stars because I physically wasn't able to squeeze out the product with my hands for the first 5 uses (I had to place the tube between my knees to get anything out). After this there seemed to be more oil in the product which means I no longer face this struggle. Something to bare in mind if you're like me and don't have a lot of strength in your hands due to a health condition.

Good.
A nice gentle cleanser but the packaging isn't great. Difficult to squeeze out at times, wish it came in a jar. The texture is very thick and needs to be removed with a damp washcloth to remove residue. I use it to melt off any SPF and makeup, then follow with a regular cleanse. Love the ingredients, super simple and calming for sensitive skin.

The product is good but the packaging is terrible
I love the product and think it’s great but the packaging is awful, it took about 5 mins to actually squeeze any product out on my first use. It’s gotten easier but I still struggle to get the product out. The pricing and product are great but the inky list please put it in a tub or something.

Real good
Such a beautiful and calming balm. cleans everything but you need a second to cleanse or hot muslin if you are combo/oily. It could be better if it emulsified better and for my bottle, liquid and solid parts separate which is not ideal.

The Inkey List Oat Cleansing Balm
I think it´s a good product (not irritant for my very sensitive skin at all except for a slight burning sensation in the eyes, but I read then that you are not supposed to use it on the eye-area anyways), BUT it doesn´t come off as well as I would like. Others might love the film that stays on the skin (you can also use the product as a mask), but after rinsing the balm off it feels exactly like it did before the rinsing. Therefore I am not sure if it really eliminates all sunscreen etc. (I don't use makeup). I think it is a very good first cleanser. But the description suggests that it can also be used as a single cleanser and I am not sure about that. Will buy it again anyways because for a double cleanse it´s really good!

Good balm cleanser
Very hydrating cleanser, quite nice texture, however I would not recommend it as a 2nd clease for oily skin since it leaves a but of grease on your face. I did use it as a 2nd cleanse because some of the reviews here said it could be used as this step. Make sure to wipe it off after you're done with washing. Smells a bit like this Bulgarian "dish" called "popara" which is just white bread in tea/hot water with sugar and feta cheese.
