Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto your hand then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin then rinse thoroughly.

Wish it foamed up
it removes my makeup, but it’s not the nicest to wash off it feels like the water doesn’t mix instead of emulsifying and creating a lather. I find I have to use a cleanser that does foam up and emulsify so I can really get it off.

Favorite cleanser
This has to be my new favorite cleanser, it's so nice on my skin! It leaves it clean, soft and well hydrated. It can fog your eyes up but just make sure to give and extra eye rinse and your good. It's so good at removing makeup as well, I don't need to double cleanse. A bottle has lasted me over a month with daily use, you only need a small amount on your skin and it does spread well.

Okay
it’s okay for the price but there’s better cleansers out there. leaves a greasy residue and face never feels clean after, i always have to use a second cleanser.

It's okay
It's got a fine grainy texture which when rubbed into skin feels like it's exfoliating somewhat - but it isn't harsh It's okay but if you're looking for a cheaper alternative to elemis cleanser than I'd stick to farmacy green cleanser or elf.

Not for me
It breaks down makeup fairly easily and doesn’t have trouble with more stubborn products like mascara, but it definitely leaves an oily film behind. I obviously double cleanse with a water based cleanser which should remove that, but I don’t find I get the same residue with other products. I have sensitive and clog prone skin, having experienced years of acne as a teenager, and I’ve definitely noticed an increase in blemishes when I use this product. That’s not to say it will happen for everyone, but it’s just not for me. There is so much hype around this product and I really wanted to love it given the price point and struggling to get a hold of my favourite, albeit more expensive, cleansing balms.

Good at removing makeup
First cleanse without any frills. The cleanser removes makeup effectivly and that combined with a great pricepoint makes it a four star product for me. A bonus is that it doesn´t irritatate my sensitive skin.

Cleansing balm
Lovely cleansing balm, effectively removes make up. Non irritating - an Elemis cleansing balm, without the scent - or price tag!
