Does the job
I use this as my first cleanser and then use a water base cleaners afterwards. It definitely melts away any product on your face but hard to wash the oil residue off your face which is why I double cleanse when using this. Definitely a great product for the affordable price point!

Gentle cleanser
Such good value for money and a really lovely creamy, gentle cleanser. Also really doesn’t have a strong smell so great for sensitive skin.

Holy Grail 🙏🏼
I have very acne prone, combination skin and i have been using this cleansing balm for 3 years and it has worked wonders for it. It’s so gentle and doesn’t have any fragrance or essential oils which doesn’t irritate or dehydrates my skin. It feels nourished and clean when I use this to double cleanse in the evenings, taking off all my sunscreen and make up. It only becomes grainy if it’s been stored in a temperature that consistently keeps changing. It’s still fine to use. It’s also so affordable for the amount it is. I wish there was more cleansing balms like this on the market.

Fine for the price
I used Elemis cleansing balm for years and hoped this would be a cheaper alternative. It's very thick consistency and I found the texture a little grainy. It needs a cloth to remove and seemed to leave a coating on my skin which I didn't like. Removed eye make up well and is very gentle. Good value. Just not for me.

Bargain
Lasts ages and is just as good as any cleansing balm that costs double the price. Doesn't irritate my eczema and psoriasis on my face.

Good but a little grainy
I do like the cleansing balm and will reach for it when I run out of my favourite cleansing balm, but I can find that it can sometimes be a bit grainy. I also find that it leaves a residue on my skin but my second cleanse gets rid of this so it doesn't stop me using it.
