Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto your hand then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin then rinse thoroughly.

Good cheaper alternative
I prefer other cleansing balms personally, like the Clinique balm cleanser, however I can't justify the price of that one very often so have looked to cheaper alternatives. This one is really nice and calming, the oats make it great for sensitive skin as well. One thing to note, the packaging isn't great for getting the product out, and the oil can kind of 'split' from the rest of the balm when resting for a while, I'd recommend taking the product out of the packaging into an old cleaned typical 'tub' cleansing balm just so it's easier to use.

4/5
Used to use expensive balms and think this beats them all. Easily melts off make up and leaves skin feeling fresh and clean. Not a huge fan of the smell

Excellent cleanser, great price
A great, effective, non-irritating cleanser for a very reasonable price. I highly reccommmend this cleanser for removing makeup and spf without harshness on the skin.

Great dupe
Highly recommended, brought after hearing it's a good dupe for the Elemis cleansing balm, it's just as good, melts makeup quicker. Only downside is the smell of oats/porridge but it's bearable it's not very strong. Saves money and noticed how soft my skin is and how it removes makeup so well

Overhyped and underperforming
I usually use The Ordinary's squalane cleanser but there's recently been a shortage, so I took it as a sign from the universe to try this much-hyped alternative. It comes out of the tube (usually following a bunch of water) as a thick, textured yellow paste. The smell isn't great. It dissolves make up but eye make up takes some effort (which isn't the case with The Ordinary). It's not as gentle as other oil cleansers and leaves a greasy film even when rinsed thoroughly. I can only use it if I immediately follow up with a second cleanser. This is fine for me bc I always double cleanse in the evening, but not much good if you want a product that works alone. Won't be buying again when this runs out, despite being a lover of other Inkey List products.

good cleanser but very greasy
The instructions say to rinse it and leave it as is, but it is way too greasy (at least for me), so I use it to melt down my makeup, then wash it with a face wash, and then moisturize as usual, and I love it for that purpose.
