Great for the price
I didn’t like this at first when used on damp skin as instructed. Once I used it on dry skin then emulsified I liked it a lot more. Very gentle but does the job to remove makeup. I needed to go over my mascara again with eye makeup remover but felt like the rest was properly removed

This is my go-to cleanser for everyday. Doesn't irritate my sensitive skin at all, and dry areas. You can leave it on for 10mins like a mask and it leaves my skin so smooth. It does tend to separate in the bottle after a while so give it a hard shake before use when it's about half full

Didn’t work for me
Not my favourite cleansing balm. Very runny and doesn’t last long. Went through one bottle in a week. A lot of product comes out and it’s a very weird texture. I have tried other cleansing balms that are also budget friendly but perform a lot better. I had heard a lot of good things about this product but sadly it didn’t work for me :(
