Great balm
I really love this cleansing balm. It’s really budget friendly compared to some others and does the job just as well. Only negative is it isn’t the best at removing mascara. It will remove it it just takes a good rub haha.

Great cleansing balm
Brilliant balm! Works on the even waterproof mascara and the most stubborn liquid lipstick. Great for a first step cleanser.

Great for price
Really great for the price point, does what it says on the tin. Better for a second evening cleanse as it’s sometimes difficult to get heavy eye makeup off and too heavy for morning cleanse.

Worst cleansing balm/oil I've used
This is not enjoyable to use at all - the texture is too thick, so even once massaged / warmed up between fingers and spread around face it's hard to move compared to every other balm/oil I've used. It's GRITTY - full on physical exfoliation gritty, yuck, so actually feels quite harsh on skin, especially combined with the thickness. It emulsifies well, but leaves a very waxy residue on the face, so although I always follow up with a second cleanse anyway, this adds to how unpleasant this is to use. Only positive is that it doesn't sting eyes, but everything else about this is a negative for me. I thought it wasn't hard to make a good cleansing balm as every other one I've ever used has been adequate at worst, and this is the only one to actually be bad.

So gentle!
Such a gentle yet effective product, brilliant for sensitive skin. The only downside would be if it gets into the eyes, can take a while for them to feel right again. Aside from that though, really does do what it says on the tin!

Good value
The balm can be quite difficult to get out of the tube and does separate (and it's too thick to just shake the tube and be fine!). However, the amount of product you get for the price is great and it's really effective. It's not my favourite cleansing balm but it's definitely not a bad option.

Fab for price
It's a ok cleanser for the price tag, I found as a first cleanse it really didn't remove makeup like it states but did great for removing spf or as a first morning cleanse. I would maybe buy again and re try
