Annoying packaging
Like others have said, this is a great cleanser, I love it for my dry and sensitive skin, very soothing and no tightness after rinsing. However, the product tends to separate inside the tube and requires shaking before using each time, or otherwise leaking a sort of oily goop from the cap. But it's a small imperfection in an otherwise great product, and it won't stop me repurchasing

Not a fan of the packaging
This cleanser is a good no nonsense make-up remover. Does exactly what it's supposed too and doesn't leave any residue behind on the eyes. Only downside for me is the packaging- found the product almost impossible to squeeze out and ended up cutting the tube. Would much prefer if it was in a tub form.

Mixed reviews
I have mixed thoughts about this cleanser. I’m about to purchase my 4th bottle so it’s no where near all bad. The price point is the most attractive part about this product. It is quite gritty & not as smooth as other cleansers on the market. My last bottle had a lot of hard built up cleanser around the edges of the bottle I couldn’t get out, I feel like a cleansing balm is better packaged in a tub. However, it does what it says on the tin & removes my make up as part of my 1st step in double cleanse.

underwhelming
I waited until I finished the entire bottle before reviewing, hoping I'd fall in love with it, but I was not thrilled with this cleanser and it didn't live up to the hype. The formula is creamy/oily and does not emulsify well and you're left oily. This should be used in a double cleansing routine and even with a second cleanser there's this slick feeling you're stuck with, so you'll essentially be triple washing with another round of face wash. Yes it removes foundation but not waterproof eye makeup.

A winner
I really like this cleanser. I like to use a balm like this to remove makeup and this does it really well. It's not too 'melty' but also not too stiff. And for the price it's a really good buy. I don't know if it's just my tube but there are tiny little bits in it (probably leftover from milling the oats?) that work a bit like an exfoliator! Not sure if it's intentional but I like it.

The best
I have religiously used this cleansing balm for two years now. It is the best for my combination, acne prone skin. I’m very particular in skincare ingredients and it doesn’t clog my pores or leave any residue and it takes off my make up and sunscreen without fail. It is very affordable compare to others on the market. It is very smooth texture easy to apply, it is very rare to get a gritty texture. I have had this once before and it’s just when the condition of the tempatyfe of how the product is stored can affect it e.g temperatures dropping and rising. It is still fine to use. Don’t skip on this cleansing balm.

Really gentle and soothing!
I'm currently using a retinoid treatment so my skin is quite dry and flakey, and generally is quite dry and acne prone anyway so this has been working lovely for me! I usually use oil-to-milk cleansers and this has the same great feeling as most gel/oil-to-milk cleansers. It is a little gritty but I assume that's just the oats and that's fine by me; it isn't abrasive at all. I apply it to my face dry, emulsify with water and rinse away. Great for heavy makeup days and is gentle enough for a double cleanse. The only drawbacks are that it will leave a film on your eyes if it makes its way in there haha and it does separate a little on standing but nothing a little shake doesn't fix!

Oh god it’s awful
Gritty and drags on the skin. Imagine using a gritty toothpaste- textured putty on you face. It also separates into oil and grit in the bottle. Hardly emulsifies with water. Honestly the only thing worse is the inkey list Q10 serum. 💀

My new favorite cleanser
If you have normal to dry skin you will love this, it doesn't foam up too much but it cleanses so we'll, leaves the skin feeling very refreshed and doesn't dry out your skin. Very good size tube for the money, I will be using this daily now.

Soooothing
At first I was skeptical, because I loved the cleansing balm of The Ordinary (still do). However upon further use, the one from Ordinary takes way longer to warm up whereas this one you can instantly pop on your face. It removes makeup really easily and it doesnt irritate my skin or give me breakouts (i have acne-prone combination skin).
