Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto your hand then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin then rinse thoroughly.

Irritating to the eye
It's super thick and hard to squeeze out. I bought this twice cause I popped the top while trying to squeeze it cause it was SO thick. It always always always gets in my eyes and just stays there; I literally have to rub it out of my eyes. It does clean and melts my makeup, but at what cost? I don't really recommend it but if you like it, cool.

Amazing
I absolutely love this. Use it as the first step of a double cleanse and it removes all my SPF and leaves my skin feeling so nourished.

I hope this will be around forever
Love it! Have sensitive dry skin, and this actually calms my skin down. Takes off makeup with no problem and no left-overs. Noticed a lot of people don't like the scent - I actually love it! A kind of oaty, not intense (sort of bland) scent. No problem with the packaging either (for me). You have to squeeze a bit harder, which would be a problem for people who have problems with their hands (disabilities).

Yes, yes, yes
My skin type: sensitive and dry with hormonal breakouts. This product is breakout safe, at least for me. Removes all of my makeup, I have no problem getting the product out of the tube (though I'm sure it's better to have it somewhere a little bit warm) and I use this as the first cleanse of my double cleanse. I have tried oil cleansers, but I much prefer this as it does not feel like there's a layer left on my skin after - this feels soothing during and after use.

Melts makeup but leaves oily film
This product does what it says; it melts away any makeup and dirt. It's easy to use and melts to an oily balm between your hands. It feels very smooth and calming on the face. I always double cleanse, and this is my first cleanser. However if I wouldn't follow up with my second cleanser this one leaves an oily film as residue. Perhaps this is not a problem depending on how comedogenic it is, but as someone with combination leaning on oily skin this kind of residue scares me. You get a lot of product for your money, and you don't need to use a lot. Maybe I'll try to use this on it's own after my second cleanser runs out to see how I get along with the residue.

Love this...
After watching a recommendation from Salli Hughes on Instagram, I was heavily influenced. The cleanser is really lovely, feels really moisturising when on and you have the option to leave it on as a mask. Washes off and leaves skin feeling glowy and fresh. Would recommend 100%.

Love it!
I’ve only been using this a week and feel such a difference! My skin feels a lot smoother, it feels really moisturising on my skin which is great with my having dry skin. I’ve seen a couple of complaints about the smell but I don’t find it overpowering in the slightest and don’t think it has much of a smell. I’ve also seen some say it leaves a residue, I always double cleanse with a water-based cleanser after the balm and there is no residue. This paired with the salicylic acid cleanser is amazing.
