Works great
Works great as a makeup removing balm. I would not use it as a "cleanser" that needs to be used on dampened face as the how to use section suggests.

Product is amazing, the packaging isn’t..
I’ve bought this balm two times. It’s a really nice balm, it feels quite solid in the beginning but as you rub it into the skin, it almost feels like a soft oil. I have dry skin and this is great for taking of my make up, and as a first cleanse. I absolutely adore it and will keep using it. But there is a huge negative.. the packaging. The first time I used it, it was a little bit hard to get the product out but I got it to come out eventually. I didn’t realise that as I was trying to squeeze the product out, the top of the packaging had broken. A few days later, my product started to go moldy because of this. I just bought a new one and received it today. I was a lot more careful this time, but the seal broke again, and the cap doesn’t close properly. I wish the Inkey List would invest a little more in packaging, I would be very happy to pay a few cents extra if that makes sure that my product doesn’t go to waste.. here’s the ordering another one. Hopefully third time’s a charm!

Really nice, but ...
It definetly works great for removing make-up and just to double cleanse. However I don't really like how it feels on the skin and the smell of it. I know it is fragrance free, but it smells like melted plastic or something. It is weird to describe. And the texture is kind of grainy. But overall a great product.

Love
Really dry sensitive skin & this is the only cleanser my skin seems to love. I used to use cerave, but my skin didn't like it and the break outs never stopped. Although I still break out, it's no where near as much when using this cleanser.

Even removes biro pen gently
I love this product. It’s really gentle, takes makeup including mascara off with no effort and when my toddler coloured her hands in with biro pen this took it off without having to scrub. Her hands didn’t have a pen mark or redness.

It’s great!
Only need a small to remove makeup and it’s so inexpensive. I have oily and acne prone skin and it has been working out great so far. I love it!

LOVE
As an oily skinned girl, the thought of using this terrified me but tried it anyway. Nothing is as good for taking my makeup off. The makeup melts away and then I wipe the rest off with a wet microfibre cloth. My skin feels so clean and soft and I actually think it has helped with my oiliness. DEFINITELY will be buying again, it's in my basket as I type.

Really great!
I love this. For the price point, it's really great. I find that it takes all my make up off really beautifully except for my mascara. It does take it off but I find I really have to rub at it to get it off. It hydrates my dry skin (due to using tretinoin) and using it as a mask is also really really nice. It can separate in the tube, but if u keep it somewhere cool it should be fine. Lovely product!

Okay
It's alright, makes my skin soft. The one thing that bothers me really with this product is that it melts in the tube. It is supposed to be kind of a paste but it is like sometimes the paste melts and the oil gets everywhere because of the packaging.

A good soothing first cleanse
I use this as a first cleanse and then follow up with a water based cleanser, I wouldn't use this as my only cleanser. I have a bit sensitive, dry and acne prone skin and this balm is quite soothing, especially if I leave it on for a few minutes. Would re purchase, especially considering the price.
