it's ok...
When I opened and tried to use, the formula separates to white cream and transparent liquid. I've asked customer centre and they said that's normal, and give a shake before use but still separating even with a few good shakes. Usually separation happens when formula is old so I'm a bit dubious about that. Apart from that, I have not seen any effects but also no irritation nor anything. Hopefully it gives me better texture around my eyes.

Drying out under eye
This is the first product from Inkey list that I don't like. I m 33, never have I ever experienced such eye cream which makes the eye area so dry and also feels like a burning sensation. My eye area has become so sensitive and the makeup doesn't sit well also. Really feeling sad to destroy my skin by using it.

Within 2 days of use around my eyes became extremely tender then started to peel. I don’t usually react to new products so severely but this definitely didn’t agree with my skin.

Affordable and effective
Love this eye cream. I’ve used continuously for about 6 weeks in pm and can see a difference to my eye area (I’m 41 and have fine lines, dark circles, dryness etc) I use caffeine eye cream in am and can see this is a great combo to use. I’m also trialling using around the mouth as suggested on the packaging and so far so good.

Effective and easy to use
My skin is somewhat sensitive and prone to rosacea. I've been using this product for a week now with no ill effects and noticeable improvement to the skin around my eyes and lips: firmer, smoother, and reduced fine lines. I'll be buying this again.

For sensitive under eyes ...not recommended
If you have sensitive skin like me, and it’s sensitive like hell, then it is not for you! Because it’s my 2nd day and my under eyes area, looking like I had ski goggles on. Wanted to calm down with any balm, but it burns my skin. Didn’t knew that Retinol is so aggressive for under eyes area.
