I saw a low rating for this product when I’ve been adding it to my cart (multiple times again) So I wanna say that this scalp peel is amazing. I am prone to scabs/dry irritated areas on my scalp (even though I have oily hair), this product exfoliates nicely and brings days of fresh hair. It is quite concentrated - if you leave it on for beyond 10 recommended minutes - you will feel burning/tingling sensation. I love it, 5 stars.

Disappointed
I bought this after reading so many positive reviews but I am really disappointed. Firstly, the size is way too small considering the amount of product I have to apply. Due to the way it is packaged, it is really difficult to actually get any product at all on the scalp when using pure. I also tried mixing it with my shampoo, but still it did absolutely nothing - my hair is still as oily and my scalp is still as flaky/congested. I got better results by mixing salt with hair oil and massaging my scalp. I think I’d give this another try if the bottle was >200ml and had some kind of nozzle at the top to facilitate application, but until then I will not be repurchasing. The only reason I’m not giving 1* is because the packaging at least is recyclable and not full of useless plastics.

Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Hair Treatment
I purchased this about a month ago and have been using it every time I wash my hair. It didn’t clear my scalp which has some cradle cap, but it did make my hair lovely and soft. My hairdresser even remarked what lovely condition my hair was in. Would recommend for lovely clean and soft looking hair.

Excellent product - once you learn how to use it
My hair and scalp are so sensitive, both too oily and react badly to anything new I put on them. So it took more over a month to get the courage to try this. But I'm glad I did - it is excellent to clean the scalp properly. But I need to read the reviews to know how to use it - why on earth did they write in the instructions amount in pumps, when the bottle doesn't have a pump... You should get a small amount (enough to get light coverage of the area) directly on the scalp, in the areas you want and rub it in. Leave it for 10 minutes like they said, and rinse. You should follow with your shampoo or even add a few drops with the shampoo in addition.

Did wonders to my super oily scalp
This treatment helped my hair in looking less oily by cleaning my scalp from oil buildups, it dried my hair a bit but I am now using the Inkey list HA hair treatment that is providing moisture to my hair and they work perfectly together.

Instructions need to be clearer
Just right out of the gate, this did work for me. My scalp is less itchy and the flakes around the hairline are almost non-existent. However, the instructions are terrible and I agree that it's difficult to use. The Inkey List recommends a 2p piece for amount, but the consistency is so runny you'd never be able to eyeball that, plus, they need to reassess the packaging because my bottle had leaked. If you want to give it a go, I recommend: 1. Splitting your hair into sections and applying directly to the scalp in those areas, particularly where you struggle with itchiness or dryness 2. Rub into your scalp, give yourself a lil massage cos you deserve it 3. Leave for 10 mins 4. Shower, add a few more drops to your shampoo, lather and rinse TIL needs to update their instructions (I wasn't sure whether to apply it to dry or wet hair!) and look for other sustainable packaging options.

Good but packaging needs work
It works okay ... but needs to be used for a long period (3 months through already). Packaging needs very much improvement ... it's a thin fluid ... all of my purchases have leaked out ... can at least try a sealed cap over the bottle which can be removed and then a drop dispenser can be used

Really odd?
I’ve used this 4 times now, I wash my hair about once a week and unfortunately in the past few months had randomly started seeing some dandruff. To get rid of the small amount I had I got this, however I feel like this makes it worse? I put it on about 10 minutes before I shower, I use a scalp massager just before and during the shower, I shampoo my hair twice all just to make sure it’s fresh. When I take the towel off my head after a shower I find loads of flakes! My scalp feels clean but it like all the flakes stay around my roots and I have to fluff and shake them out of my hair! Really weird!
