Got blemishes that just won't budge? Meet the Succinic Acid Treatment (15ml) from The INKEY List.
Suitable for all skin tones, this lightweight formula works by gently exfoliating away dead skin cells and reducing excess oil without stripping away essential moisture. It's enriched with 2% succinic acid (a bio-based chemical that's derived from corn) which helps to minimise the look of spots, while 1% salicylic acid unclogs pores and comforts redness. To finish? An infusion of hyaluronic acid delivers intense hydration and long-lasting radiance.

Not that good
The Inkey List make good products but this is NOT one of them in my opinion. I have had the chance to use it on multiple types of blemishes, and unfortunately, it doesn't really do anything. It might dry out the surface of SOME small spots, but I consider my skin to be pretty clear and my acne is very minimal, and yet it didn't help much, if at all. It does not work on blackheads or papules either.

So so
I bought it because of all the great reviews but in my opinion, it's just average. I don't have problems with acne and I use it primarily when I see a new spot appearing to tone down its redness. I find it works fine on some blemishes and other times it doesn't do much for me. Plus it really has an unpleasant scent. But I say if you are interested you should give it a go, I didn't notice any negative side effects and maybe you'll have more luck with it

Rubbish
I don’t understand how others are seeing results with this thing? I used it a good few times now to give it a chance and it’s made no difference whatsoever. So many better spot treatments out there. Also, I’m not sensitive to smells in products but this one is so weird and gross. Save your money and time and get something else.

Wow I am loving this!
I have a fear of spot treatments that dry out my skin so generally, I avoid any products like this. I must say that it has worked wonders and doesn’t cause any dry or flaky patches. I have seen a huge difference in my blemishes the following morning after applying it at night. Although it doesn’t dry out the skin, do be careful of applying it too thickly because you will be able to feel the product on your skin. I am addicted now and wondering how long the tube will last me before I need to repurchase.

Great
Other than the weird smell, this product is really great. Diminished small pimples overnight. It can take a little bit longer for bigger blemishes, but way faster than not using it. Will repurchase.

Give it time
I’m coming up to week 6 of using this product and I do think it’s made a difference to my maskne. I had terrible spots on my chin and using this everyday has helped. I do still get spots but they’re much smaller and clear quicker than they used to.

Not so good
It has a peeling effect on my skin and does not really help in getting rid of the acne quickly. It takes 5 days normally
