Un -bloody-real

I’ve recently had a lot of hyperpigmentation from past spots etc even if I didn’t pick at them. I was running out of options even trying vitamin C. I was even thinking of getting a chemical peel. But one night I type hyperpigmentation into google and this came up and I thought I’d give it a try. This product has worked for me. Hand on heart I’m so happy I found this because it’s now apart of my skincare. This lifted those dark marks and made my skin glowy in the process. Definitely, a must get for us girls with hyperpigmentation. Honestly, nothing else has noticeable worked for me, apart from this.

Holy Grail

Heard good things about Tranexamic Acid as a skincare ingredient to help with hyperpigmentation. Especially for me with acne prone skin, I am mostly using this to prevent hyperpigmentation from scarring. I can't say how it works on pigmentation because I don't have any visible ones on my skin but I can definitely say that it does a great job in lightening my acne scars!

Seems to work

I have a lot of effective skincare that could be helping too - they’d been introduced a month or so before I got this in the goody bag - but the scarring after my hormonal spots did seem to improve a lot when I introduced this.

eh

This product is supposed to replace moisturizer, which is a downside, especially for my dry skin. I also really broke out to this product the price point was good so i don't feel too bad about it.

Amazing!

I have been using this for about 6 months now, and it has made such a difference to both scars from past blemishes, and patches of darker skin I got over the summer. Honestly can't rave enough about this- gives great results and doesn't give my sensitive skin any irritation. This bottle has lasted me ages too will certainly repurchase once it has run out!

Let down

I had such high hopes for this product after reading the reviews. What a let down. Not only did it not clear my dark marks, but I had a reaction to it causing me to discontinue use. The latter I admit is probably unique to my skin type. Overall I'm no closer to finding a solution to my hyperpigmentation.

Works but I started to breakout

It works to brighten the skin. But there’s something in the formula that made me break out! Not using it anymore. So I wasted money.

Low price for a great ingredient.

The Inkey List really nailed it with this product because it is so much more affordable than many other products containing tranexamic acid. It’s an interesting ingredient that I’ve been trying for the past 2 months on and off, and it has made a slight difference to my acne scarring. The only downside is the stickiness after applying it and the bad dispenser.

Tranexamic Acid night treatment

I love this product. I noticed a difference in my hyperpigmentation on my cheeks. This product is amazing, and I'll continue to use it. I have been using it for about 3 weeks now, and the changes are visible.

Was okay

I’ve been using this religiously for the past 2 months and haven’t noticed a massive difference in my acne scars. I think I’d need to continue with a second bottle to see a real difference. I think it has helped prevent new scars from forming as dark as previously (or that could be the arbutin or vitamin c I also started using?). The product does feel nice and soaks into the skin well and also leaves it moisturised enough (I have combination skin) to wear I don’t use moisturiser on top of it.
