First impressions
I have been using this product for the last few weeks and I am definitely liking this product. It is soft and smooth to apply and I use 2-3 pumps which covers my face and neck. I use this about 3 times a week to help with my hyperpigmentation. I would definitely repurchase this product and would like to see another size available. I like how simple the packaging is as well as the price which is affordable. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family

Amazing results
I’ve had hyperpigmentation for a long time so wasn’t expecting to see much difference and certainly not so quickly but this product has really helped my melasma. I would say it’s not got rid of long-standing spots but the recent ruddiness that appears when the sun comes out has dramatically reduced. There’s only one thing I don’t like about this. That you can’t use moisturiser over the top and I miss my night cream so only use it every other night.

Gutted but didn’t work for me
I was so excited when I heard about this product, I really wanted it to work and see a transformation but sadly that wasn’t the case. I suffer from Melasma and have tried most products aimed at targeting pigmentation wit limited results. I have used this for 3.5 months and saw no change in my Melasma. The #askinkey service is fabulous and I have spoken with their advisors. On the whole I love Inkey List, their brand and their customer service but unfortunately this wasn’t the miracle I was hoping for.

Improves The Look Of Skin
I have poor quality skin and no matter how much I look after it, it never really changes. However using this product has definitely improved the look of my skin, pores are less visible, redness is less noticeable and my skin does look brighter. I dont have a huge amount of pigmentation just around the top of the cheek/eye area so will continue using to see if it has any effect, but I will definitely buy again and continue to use long term as its made an improvement overall.

Unfortunately this does not work for pigmentation
I've used the product for 9 weeks before writing this review. I used the product every day as instructed and have seen zero reduction in my (hyper) pigmentation (which includes some melasma). Apparently you should see results within 6 weeks but I can honestly say I've seen no improvement whatsoever. I'm so disappointed! Not recommended.

Enjoyable
So this product feels great on the skin and absorbs nicely. It also sits nicely under any other product you may use on top of it. The scent reminds me of something which I can’t put my finger on, but I really like it. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that I’m not sure whether it has contributed to the fading of pigmentation. My skin does overall look brighter and more even, however, I have been using the Niacinamide and Alpha Arbutin serums from the brand, so I don’t think the improved condition of my skin can be attributed solely to the Transexemic acid.

RESULTS IN A SHORT TIME
After just a month I am seeing a good reduction in pigmentation and hope this continues for the full 6 week recommended period of use.
