Visible Changes
This product is easy to work with and I saw a visible fade and decrease in spots and blemishes.

Unfortunately this does not work for pigmentation
I've used the product for 9 weeks before writing this review. I used the product every day as instructed and have seen zero reduction in my (hyper) pigmentation (which includes some melasma). Apparently you should see results within 6 weeks but I can honestly say I've seen no improvement whatsoever. I'm so disappointed! Not recommended.

Enjoyable
So this product feels great on the skin and absorbs nicely. It also sits nicely under any other product you may use on top of it. The scent reminds me of something which I can’t put my finger on, but I really like it. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that I’m not sure whether it has contributed to the fading of pigmentation. My skin does overall look brighter and more even, however, I have been using the Niacinamide and Alpha Arbutin serums from the brand, so I don’t think the improved condition of my skin can be attributed solely to the Transexemic acid.

RESULTS IN A SHORT TIME
After just a month I am seeing a good reduction in pigmentation and hope this continues for the full 6 week recommended period of use.

Too early to say?
I'm always looking for the latest snake oil to tackle my hyperpigmentation. I've been using this every night for a month. No noticeable difference thus far but I'm prepared to use it for 3 months to see if it helps. The best thing I've used so far is GOW Vitamin C but improvements have plateaued.

After 3 to 4 days I noticed a visible fading of my sun spots. Easy to apply, lovely texture. Great product.

Not Seen Any Difference: Transexamic - Night Treatment
I've followed the direction and have tried the treatment for nearly 8 weeks now and so far there has been no change in the colour of my blemishes. Given 3/5 in the hope that I will see some improvement by the time I finished the bottle

Be patient.
I'm on week 5 of using this product. My main concern was the pigmentation on my cheeks. I would say there's been about a 50% reduction to the dark spots and my skin does look brighter overall. The cream is a little tacky so you do need a serum or moisturiser over the top. I've got one more week to go, will have a break for a month then repeat the treatment. I'm pleased I've had some fading and I'm hopeful with a second round I'll get there. Can't complain for the price of the product and nothing else I've tried has ever worked in the past. So I would definitely say give it a go.
