Not for me.
I wanted to love this as it has a great concentration of Vitamin C but it’s not for me. I needed a product for day time use but this is only suitable for night time use as the texture isn’t good for under makeup. It also leaves a white cast on my skin. I’m fair skinned so I can only imagine it’s worse for those with darker skin tones.

Interesting.
I love the tingle, and it does even the skin tone, but it's full of silicone. I will continue using it but not sure I'd repurchase. It's good enough for the price.

Effective Vitamin C
I've tried numerous vitamin c products with varying results. I will say that I have seen a brightening effect with this product and can see the difference in my skin. The drawback is the silicones in the formula which make it difficult to use much of anything else in my morning skincare routine. I find with this product it is best to keep my routine simple (cleanse, vitamin c, moisturiser, spf) otherwise anything else will pill up on top of it. I will most likely order again, but not for use on my face. The price makes it great to use on hands or chest where the texture and product layering challenges aren't as much of a concern.

Hated it...
I really wanted to love this especially at the price point - but I’ve never disliked a product on first use more. The texture is just awful, no slip, silliconey, just feels horrible. I’ve tried mixing it with HA as they suggest but still not for me.

AMAZING
I have bought because usually I like Vitamin C for my skin, I applied it on clean skin after the bath, and I was really disappointed, it felt like a Smashbox primer, sooooo silicone like. After I googled and discovered that it doesn't have silicone at all, it is just a water free texture. I have very oily skin, so this really made my skin matte, and when I woke up in the morning, I was amazed, my skin was not greasy (when i wake up its usually too much), all the small breakdowns & redness on my skin were gone! as well as the small wrinkles also felt less visible. I have been searching for this product all my life! Now my skin is smooth, NOT SHINY and looks beautiful and healthy! Cannot wait to try other products from this brand. If you have oily skin this is a must have <3

Better than the average
Let me start by saying my skin is dry + dehydrated, very sensitive and I'm 29. I'm always hesitant trying new products but I thought the price was worth it. I find that vitamin C can be tricky for sensitive skin types but this one did not give me any problems whatsoever, it did not break me out and other vitamin C serums did, even high end. It is pretty dimethicony though so I don't use it pm and I don't use it every morning. But overall it is a good product.

Love it
Whenever I get a new skincare product I'm like "yes this is it, this is gonna change everything" and it always ends the same, it does nothing or it breaks me out, badly! This however, has helped so much, yes its in silicone which my skin normally doesn't like but honestly. My skin is smoother, the texture is better, the tone is better and my hormonal acne scarring is improving little by little. I'm loving it. New staple in my routine

Disappointing
I wanted to love this, but I was disappointed. The texture is awful. Way too heavy and difficult to spread and so silicone-heavy that I had to bin it. It made anything on top of it pill up and felt too occlusive.

Silicone heavy
I wanted to like this so much and I’m sure for some people it will be really effective as it has a high percentage of vitamin C. It’s in a silicone base though and I found the texture to be really heavy. It didn’t sit well under my makeup, I became shiny after a few hours and I had a breakout of spots after using. I hadn’t changed anything else in my routine other than trying the Inkey list hyaluronic serum, which is lovely. I will stick to the Garden of Wisdom vitamin C serum which is lovely and light and more suitable for daytime use.
