Paste that won't absorb

Honestly wish I could just get a refund. This product is a horrid, thick paste that won't spread or absorb. It just forms weird white clumps and balls that you have to scrape off your face. The smell isn't great, either.

Not that bad

The product works just mix it into your moisturizer so that it's not like a paste and doesn't burn.

Not for me!

I don’t see this product as a “serum” it’s more of a paste which I found really hard to spread on my face. I found it was easier mixing with my moisturiser. Terrible under makeup just balls together and peels. Wouldnt recommend unfortunately.

Disappointed

I don't know what I was expecting but it wasn't this, I love all the products I have from this brand, but this was awful. The consistency is horrible, it's more of a thick, unspreadable cream. I really regret buying this and I don't know if I should finish using it or throw it away.

Absolutely No nope no

Stay away from this, it has a really gritty consistency it almost feels like rubbing sand on your face and it also leaves a burning sensation.

Weird texture

I'll definitely not repurchase this product again. The texture is so weird and it gives my skin "tickling" sensations. In order to apply it evenly on my face, I have to mix it with liquidish serum or moisturiser otherwise it won't work.

Excellent service

I was so amazed with the swift delivery. I received my order within a week. I love all the products I ordered from The Ordinary range. Retinol, AHA peeling solution and Vitamin C serum. I’m not so happy about the vitamin C serum, it’s a cream and it’s matte, doesn’t work well for my skin as it’s already dry. Once I finish this one, I will try vitamin C serum liquid. Overall the products are wonderful. I can’t wait for my next purchase

Terrible consistency

This product might have been good, but the consistency made it completely unusable to me. It's this thick silicone consistency that pills as soon as you try putting it on your face. Layering other products or makeup on top is impossible. I regret buying this product.
