Amazing product
It did take me some time to get used to this product due to its thick consistency and it being quite strong. The first week of using this product in the morning I experienced a tingling on my face, my skin build up some tolerance within a week though. It is an extremely thick product, but my skin seems to love it and I can easily apply it on my face. Mixing the Vitamin C serum with a few drops of Hyaluronic acid is recommended to create a lighter consistency. I started seeing great results after about a month of using this product, my skin is visibly lighter and my overall skin tone is more even.

Not For Me!
Arrived promptly and undamaged. This is the time I've tried this Vit.C serum ~ and it will be the last! The consistency for a Vit. serum is just weird. It has a thick, grainy feel to it, and as for layering with other serums and cream, forget it! Sorry, but won't be re-ordering this one.

Stings and turns skin yellow.
When I first got this product, I was so excited to use it after looking at such positive reviews. However, after using it I realised it made my skin react by tingling, and overnight it formed a cast of yellow on my face. I noticed it was this serum as I removed it out of my skincare for a week and realised it wasn't any other product. Would not recommend unless you buy hyaluronic acid (which it says on the tube and not when you buy it) or if you like a yellow face :)

Dreadful consistency...
I have tried this product only two times but I’m not going to continue. The consistency is terrible, it feels like a very fine sandpaper on the skin when applying. It seems like it has some tiny bits inside rubbing on the skin, looks quite like flour mixed with something and seems to leave a thin white film. The “peasized” amount they recommend applying is impossible to do due to how extremely thick and somehow dry it seems on the face - after a few strokes you can’t feel it under your fingers anymore. Skin feels dry and covered in film after it, strangest consistency I have ever seen in a most negative way possible.

Disappointing
The consistency of this product is honestly awful, I’ve realised now the vitamin c works a lot better for me in an oil form rather than this thick almost grainy consistency that just wouldn’t sink into my skin well.

Although Stingy I feel it does the job
It’s a good Vitamin C serum, a bit thick but it really does the job. I use it am and it’s really helping to clear my acne that comes from time to time and my skin is brighter. I’m on the second bottle.

Ok
Well, given the rave reviews and recommendations, I had to try it. I have, and I’m afraid I have seen no difference whatsoever in my skin. I’m 59, and my skin is pretty good - no problems or issues. I’d hoped for some brightening.

Disappointed
I usually buy The Ordinary products but after reading the reviews for this I thought I'd give it a go. I've used it almost every day for a month in the morning and at night so I've given it a fair go. Very disappointed! It tingles/slightly stings on the skin but very tolerable, which tricked me into thinking it was doing something worthwhile. There are no noticeable changes in my skin at all and if anything it has actually dried my skin out when I never have dry skin. When you rub it it leaves a weird residue on your skin and does not feel nice. I will try some other products but this one was definitely not for me.

Not great
Very very bizarre consistency, burns upon application and doesn’t apply well. Feels grainy. Potentially brightening but unsure as use a variety of other products alongside. Wouldn’t recommend.

Really stung
Where my skin can be a bit dull, I wanted a Vit C product to give it more life and a bit of a glow. I've used one or two other Vit C products but thought I'd give this a go but it was so painful. I suffer with breakouts and it stung so much my eyes watered and I was rubbing at my face to make it stop. Yes after a few minutes it would stop and I know some tingling is normal but this was insane. Even if my skin was clear and I had a breakout I couldn't see/wasn't aware of yet it would sting so much. I have oily skin and it did make it smooth and soft but if you have any form of breakout or even a blemish don't put this product over that area at all.
