silicone feel
Bought this vitamin C for price and promise it gave in description however has a really horrible silicon feel when you rub it in between your fingers and on your face. Found the texture didn't mesh well with my other skin products nor makeup. Definitely depends on what other products you use, as many products have silicones in them and work great. However, texture is definitely a preference so depends if you don't mind using a silicone based serum. Unfortunately I didn't get to see the results of the serum on skin

Dislike the Texture
The consistency of this product is very matte and drying and can sting. Its a dry paste that doesn't spread around the face with ease. I have combination skin and hate the feeling of it on the dryer spots of my face. Iv'e used 3/4 of the tube to see if the results are worth putting up with the texture but haven't noticed a change in my skin personally. I like the price and the squeezable tube though.

Great intro to Vitamin C
Really good product if you're looking to experiment with vit C. Love using it when my skin is congested and a bit dull. Make sure you always moisturise well after use as can be quite harsh, and do not use if you have any open spots or anything like that as it can be quite stingy. Smell isn't great but it's not really too big of a deal given the price.

Very average
I do appreciate that this serum is not water based and 30%, however it just doesn’t feel good on the skin and leaves a really annoying residue after rubbing it in. I’ll stick to using this only when I can’t afford my usual vitamin C serum.

Amazing but difficult
I personally love this product. It has a thick consistency but somehow it works with my skin. I have normal skin, with the tendency to get dry in some areas (cheeks) and congested in others (nose). For me, it works the best at day time under sunscreen. It does not sting my skin even with such a high level of Vit C and surprisingly it does not roll. I find my skin very smooth and bright when I use it.

Exceptionally high potency for such a low price!
I've tried a number of Vit. C formulas that cost many times more than this product & which only contained a fraction of the strength that this vitmain C cream contains, seriously. Although, this isn't a runny serum by any means, it feels more like a primer since it contains silicones. To mitigate any irritation from using such a potent formula & thus, drastically improving its wear ability. I mix 3-5 drops of The Inkey Hyaluronic Acid serum in with this to break up its consistency, which makes it then absorb like a dream, & without any redness. Plus, it holds my makeup in place All day (which is rare for my combo/oily skin) & I can change the amount I use depending on what my skin needs for that day! This definitely packs a punch on its strength alone, but together, with the Hyaluronic acid serum, this has become one of the very best smoothing "primers" in my arsenal to date.

Meh
Haven't used a Vitamin C serum before but wanted to give this a try, I have blemish prone skin and I found this stings a lot when I put it on, although it has got better recently. I must say though I haven't noticed a difference in my skin. The serum is matte and more of a paste texture, I don't love the way it feels on my skin if I'm honest, however will keep trying it.

Lovely texture and good under makeup
So impressed with this. Goes on so nicely and makes my skin feel amazing. My makeup goes on so nicely as well. I have used The Ordinary vitamin c but found that made my skin sting and had bits in. Not the case here - no gritty bits or making my skin sensitive. Vitamin c is meant to be brightening the skin, which I can’t say I have noticed yet, but will wait to give it a good month of consistent use.

My most fav of all times
I missed it so much during our crazy summer here. Finally, I have it again and enjoy the reflection in the mirror each time when I put it on my face. It becomes matte with even tone & pores are clean!
