Natural ingredients
I've been taking it for two weeks and I do think it has helped with bloating. I still experience a bit of bloating but definitely feels better with this supplement. Hoping to see a greater effect in the next couple of weeks. The capsules do smell like ginger - doesn't bother me personally but thought I'd mention.

Fantastic for those who have a gluten intolerance
I held off reviewing these until I had tried them for more than sixty days. I bloat to the point where I look pregnant, not only did these reduce this significantly but I felt fewer stomach issues such as gas and acid reflux. The capsule is really easy to take and with no bad taste (added bonus). They are really expensive, thats a downside, so I do buy when on sale, but they are part of my routine now so I will continue to repurchase.

I tried these as they were on offer and they seemed help but didn't totally stop my bloating. I think it is difficult to tell with only taking them for a short period of time but I am going to purchase again to see if I get better results over a longer timeframe.
